EMCS awarded SBA HUBZone Certification
The Small Business Association granted EMCS, LLC a HUBZone Certification in January 2011. The Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program helps small businesses in urban and rural communities gain preferential access to federal procurement opportunities. These preferences go to small businesses that obtain HUBZone certification in part by employing staff who live in a HUBZone. The company must also maintain a "principal office" in one of these specially designated areas.
EMCS Awarded Navy SeaPort-e Access
EMCS, LLC was awarded a Prime Contract in support of the NAVY Seaport-e rolling admissions contract. EMCS is pursuing a variety of opportunities under the NAVY Seaport-E umbrella. Our expertise in systems engineering will allow us to provide the Navy the necessary support services for Engineering projects.SeaPort-e is an online database of contracts that are available for small businesses to provide essential support services in a variety of fields for the Navy.
